Your Questions Answered
What are my profits from my items? We give our consignors 50% of the total of the items sold.
How many items do you allow to consign? Consignors are allowed to consign 30 items a week.
Do you have a certain time or day to bring things in? We accept women's, mens, children's clothes shoes and accessories and modern
housewares everyday. Our store hours are M-F 11-9, Sat and Sun 11-5.
Is there any special way that items need to be brought in? Please bring your items in clean, freshly washed and free from pet hair,
folded in a basket or box. (We will not accept items in garbage bags) Dirty
items will be turned away. You do not need to put items on hangers. We use
our own felt hangers. If clothing is left on hangers, the hangers will not be returned.
How long the consignment period last? We consign items for 90 days. After 60 days, items are marked down 50%. If consignors do not want their items marked down, they must contact the store before the time period.
When will I get my unsold items back?
How and when do consignors get paid? Consignor's can use their balance toward in store purchases any time they have a credit on their account. When a consignor's balance is over $25, consignor's can request a check. Check requests must be made by the 10th of each month to receive a check on the 15th of that month. All checks requested after the 15th, will be issued the following month.
Checks are automatically processed and left for pick up at the front counter. If a Consignor wishes their check to be mailed, they must indicate at time of check request. Consignors also have the choice use their balance as store credit or to transfer their balance to their tanning account.
Items will be on the floor for 90 days. It is the consignor's responsibility to come and pull their remaining items from the floor before the 90 days ends or the consignor's remaining items will be donated on the 100th day.
